Drawbacks Unregulated capitalism
Meaning:-
Capitalism is an economic system based on there private
ownership of the means of production and their
operation for profit. Capitalism include private property,
capital accumulation, wage labor , voluntary exchange a
price system and competitive market.
Discussion:-
A market cannot come into being without rule and
regulations. Governmental regulation of markets is
simply an attempt to assure that some measure of
equality exists in our economic system. Human
nature and individual differences. In a highly
materialistic society like ours some people want
more and more of everything that wealth brings:
goods and services, resource control, status and
power. We have a term for this motive: greed.
Furthermore some people are simply better at
economic competition than others. Our country rests
on two fundamental but contradictory concepts:
capitalism is one, and democracy is the other. If
capitalism is a competitive system that leads to
inequality, then democracy tries to create some
baseline equality through our founding documents
and laws. Because of unregulated capitalism
business man run there business on there own
without involving government. Capitalism start to run
business on own for purposes to make money by
every one but actually same doesn’t happen
because some business man has more intelligent
with there business idea and some are not. So
without government involvement there are so many
problems arise in economic.
Conclusion:-
I have concluded from the above that the unregulated
capitalism is that which is without any rules this will lead
to taking place of unethical things like unfair trade,
decreasing in GDP, creating false demand, etc means if
there is no bureaucrats then this will lead to exploitation
of customers and lead to a sharp fall in market demand.
In this individual only focus on its profit by selling their
product in market, but the profit is not only the things
should have to earn goodwill in market.
